Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
We deliver digital products (downloads, license keys, eBooks etc.) worldwide.
Digital products are only delivered via digital communication channels such as e-mail or download via the Internet. No data carriers such as CD, USB or floppy disk are sent.
There are no additional shipping and handling charges for the delivery of digital products.
Digital products are generally delivered after payment has been received. With the payment methods Paypal, credit card and SEPA direct debit the dispatch takes place immediately after the order and completed payment procedure. In the case of the payment method prepayment (bank transfer), the shipment is made within two working days after receipt of the invoice amount on our account.
