After many years, we have fundamentally revised the email design of our form and order form scripts. The new design is much more modern and makes optimum use of the available space on both desktop and smartphone devices.
What’s new
Modern appearance
The more than 20-year-old design has been replaced by a contemporary layout. Clear structures, professional typography and a modern color scheme ensure a tidy and professional impression.
Responsive on all devices
The new design automatically adapts to the screen size. On the desktop, it uses up to 850px width for order forms and 650px for standard forms, while on smartphones it adapts to 100% of the screen width.
Better readability
Thanks to generous spacing, optimized font sizes and clear visual hierarchies, emails are now much more pleasant to read. Important information such as order totals and customer data stand out better.
Full compatibility
Despite the modern design, full compatibility with all common email clients is guaranteed – from Outlook and Thunderbird to Gmail and mobile mail apps.

Availability
The modernized design is now available in all our form scripts. If you use the formmail script on our server, the changes will take effect immediately. Otherwise, the new version is available in the download area for installation on your own server.
