Two minor improvements.
- New macro “Table of Contents with Headings”: combines the recursive table of contents with descriptive link texts (using the respective page heading instead of the filename).
- Fix for
_meta.xml: Previously, it was constantly being rewritten even without actual changes, causing it to appear as “modified” in Git & other systems. This has now been fixed.
